Seth Thomas, Thomaston, Conn., "World" mahogany 15-day time-only long-drop school clock, dated 1905.
CONDITION:
Polished original lightly crazed finish, overall excellent original condition including gilt moldings around lower glass. Original painted metal dial with tiny losses and some paint smears from setting the hands. Near-perfect inside paper label. Date code stamped on backboard (May 1905). Robust model 40 duplex spring movement very clean and ticking, complete with Geneva stops. Ht.32".
